Celebrate National American Beer Day in Wenatchee 10/27. 

Friday is National American Beer Day. I personally am not a beer drinker, but I know one thing about brew pubs, they always have great food. 

What is National American Beer Day?  

According to windriverbrewingco.com, “National American Beer Day is observed by beer drinkers across the nation every year on October 27. Though Americans love a good pint of Guinness, a chilled Heineken, or a bubbling Corona, they’ll set aside imports of all kinds on National American Beer Day to instead celebrate distinctly domestic lagers and ales brewed across the country." 

Let's take a little trip around the Internet and see what Yelp has to say about brew pubs in our area. This list is in no particular order. 

Badger Mountain Brewing, 1 Orondo Ave Wenatchee,  

John C. WA, WA, on Yelp said, “Awesome beer to start. Really well-crafted ales, we love them. Had dinner tonight- pizza, salad and nachos. Very tasty! We loved everything; try it you'll like it!” 

Wenatchee Valley Brewing Company, 108 Islandview St Wenatchee,  

In his Yelp review John R. Beaverton, OR, said, “Food is fine. Beer is even better, especially the seasonal White IPA but what gets this place all the way to 5 stars is how utterly family friendly it is with the turf grass and the play structure & toys on site for young children.”

Saemyi L.Elite 23, Federal Way, WA, in his yelp reviews said, “Got the ya mango wheat and it was so yummy! I loved the mango flavor in the beer, and it wasn't too much. Their pizza's perfect! I love thin crust and the cheese pull was on point! The tap room is for 21+ and you must order at the bar. But they bring out the food.” 

Saddle Rock Pub & Brewery, 25 N Wenatchee Ave Ste 107 Wenatchee,

Federal Way, WA, said, “Perfect little hideaway pub for our hockey families to catch up with each other and grab delicious easy to please food (pizza, salads, appetizers, beers on tap). Liked the potato wedges and the Wenatchee Pizza. The server on a Saturday afternoon was Super. He was fast and accurate with our meals even with our large party.” 

Icicle Brewing, 935 Front St Leavenworth,

Kumar V.Elite 23, WA, WA, said in his Yelp review, “I am not a big Beer fan. But this place really made me think again. I was left mesmerized with Enhancement Mist. It was so smooth and so good. I also tasted Dragon tail IPA and it was pretty good too. I am definitely visiting this place again.”
