I have an addiction. Sometimes on the weekend I am overwhelmed by it. I sit in my chair; I can’t get up; I don’t want to do anything... But watch the Motor Trend channel. Car auction shows. Barrett Jackson and Mecum Auctions are the most debilitating. I just can’t look away, all those beautiful cars and the prices they sell at. I can’t stop watching.
Now it is coming closer to home here in Eastern Washington at www.trucksandauto.com 

I have a friend and former co-worker who works for this organization, and he is always telling me about the cool stuff that winds up there. Then he sent me a text about an estate auction of over 45 classic cars that will be auctioned off on October 21st. 

I went to the web site and gave it a look and my head almost exploded. I have spent enough time watching the Motor Trend channel to know that this local auction at trucksandauto.com will have some stunning examples of classic Detroit steel. 

I will never be able to afford it, but my favorite is the 1965 Ford Shelby Cobra 

I am not fooling myself at all, I don’t have the disposable income to buy any of the vehicles for sale in this auction, But I do want to watch it.
