Electric City

One of my favorite events is about to occur again near Electric City at the Sunbanks. Resort. The Sunbanks Blues and Roots Festival, September 5-8.

During the spring, summer and fall I wind up going to three or four music festivals each year. It’s a little bit of a working vacation but, not that much work. Over the last several years my favorite events are at the Sunbanks Resort near Electric City on Banks Lake.

I found 7 locations that are known for their clean, beautiful, refreshing water. So, pack up the kids, don’t forget the beach towels and take a road trip.

There are several dates that I set aside for myself to get away and listen to a great weekend of live music. The place is located near Electric City on Banks Lake just above Grand Coulee Dam.

I remember summer camp. It freaked me out. But if you are an adult, where can you go to get the camp experience without the kids? I have some ideas for you.
