Nikki Sixx hints that the band will take an extended break once their Return of the Carnival of Sins tour is over.

"I hope you’ve enjoyed the ride as much as we have," Sixx said while reflecting on the band's humble beginnings.

Motley Crue bassist believes classic rockers need to act their age.

"There's a lot of people who didn't get into [the band] until 'Girls, Girls, Girls' or 'Dr. Feelgood,'" he explains in a new interview.

Sixx also responded to fans calling for the return of founding guitarist Mick Mars.

The rockers kicked off their 10-show Las Vegas residency last weekend.

The bassist has been posting online about "new projects" outside of Motley Crue that he's excited to share with fans.

Motley Crue's main songwriter says no one else has interpreted the song's lyrics like Parton.

Nikki Sixx responded to a fan on social media asking about why Motley Crue weren't part of Ozzy Osbourne and Black Sabbath's Back to the Beginning farewell.

Sixx previously thanked Osbourne for helping Motley Crue break through to stardom.
