Wenatchee Apple Blossom Festival food in the park starts this Thursday
The Wenatchee Apple Blossom Festival starts this Thursday. There are all kinds of things going on every day (and night) but the thing I always look forward to are the food venders in Memorial Park. I try to go every day that I can so I can have something different each day.
On Thursday there is one special vender that I hit first but I will save that information for later. Here is a list of the venders that you might want to try. This is not a complete list of all venders, but I will hit the high points.

Great food with an eastern European vibe. My favorite is the Arabhata salmon with Caesar salad or rice pilaf and veggies, I also like the beef stroganoff, they also have piroshky with beef and cheese, cabbage rolls, Greek sandwich with beef or chicken, baklava, halva.
Kaleenka Piroshky:
This is always a popular place. With beef and cheese, smoked salmon, vegetable or apple. Ask about the red and green Cossack (potatoes and sausage with dill sauce).

Yc Oriental Food:
They are my personal favorite. With egg rolls, teriyaki chicken or beef on a stick, curry chicken over rice, pan-fried noodles, stir-fry vegetables, fried rice. They are part of Cuc Tran cafe, 7 N Wenatchee Ave, Wenatchee, WA 98801.
The Ramblin' Gourmet:
Lots of burgers on the menu including the sirloin burger, onion burger, redneck burger, mushroom burger, redneck burger on steroids, mega bacon burger and more. Lots of dogs too, 1/4-pound all-beef hot dog, jumbo hand-dipped corn dog, plus fries and drinks.
